About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Boulevard Wentzville. This role is crucial in creating a supportive and engaging environment for residents in our memory care neighborhoods. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and skilled in creating positive resident experiences, from daily routines to environmental setup. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Understand and practice empathy to create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Observe residents to discover their interests and abilities, and collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans.
Implement strategies with patience to ensure resident engagement success.
Be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day by preparing the environment, including dining areas, event spaces, and resident rooms.
Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
Assist with the orientation of new team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
