About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. This full-time position involves creating a supportive and engaging environment for residents in our memory care neighborhood. The role emphasizes empathy, patient observation, and creating a positive living experience for residents from the moment they wake until they go to sleep. You will be responsible for documenting resident care, assisting with team member orientation, and ensuring the physical environment is conducive to resident well-being.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Be an Advocate of Empathy: Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Be a Patient Observer: Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique. Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
Be a Master of the Mise en Scène: Be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day, including preparing dining rooms, setting up event spaces, and preparing resident rooms for nighttime routines.
Be a Life Partner: Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
Be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
