About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at The Township Senior Living in Battlefield, Missouri. This full-time position offers a starting pay range of $18.00-$19.00 per hour. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, patient observers, and skilled in creating a positive environment for residents. The role involves partnering with residents throughout their daily lives, documenting care, and assisting with team member orientation. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are, then collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
Be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms.
Partnering with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they go to sleep.
Be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
