About The Position

This role involves managing the front desk operations for a memory care community. The receptionist will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The position emphasizes compliance with company policies and a commitment to serving residents and visitors with care and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks including setting appointments, filing, records keeping, and data entry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comply with company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.
  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Receive, direct, and relay telephone and fax messages.
  • Answer visitors’ inquiries about the community and direct them to their destination.
  • Provide administrative support as assigned by management.
  • Set appointments, file, perform records keeping, keyboarding/data entry, and perform a variety of other office tasks as assigned by management.
