About The Position

This position is responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support within the community. The role requires adherence to all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines of Westminster Services and its communities.

Requirements

  • Ability to comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system.
  • Customer service skills for greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Basic administrative skills including appointment setting, filing, records keeping, and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Receiving, directing, and relaying telephone and fax messages.
  • Answering visitors’ inquiries about the community and directing them to their destination.
  • Providing administrative support as assigned by management.
  • Setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboarding/data entry, and performing a variety of other office tasks as assigned by management.
