Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in memory care or geriatrics preferred.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Skilled Nursing, rehab, and long-term care.
Familiarity with US News and World Report Best Short Term Rehab criteria.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care within the Memory Care unit.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor resident health and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members.
Document patient care and progress.
