About The Position

Memory Care Manager Holland Farms Senior Living | Norwalk, IA | Full-Time LPN license required | Two years of related experience preferred Lead with Compassion and Make a Meaningful Difference! At Holland Farms Senior Living , an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Manager to lead our memory care team and support residents living with cognitive challenges. Requirements

LPN License: Current Iowa LPN license is required.
Experience: Two years of related experience is preferred, preferably working with seniors or individuals with memory loss.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate a team.
Memory Care Focus: A genuine passion for supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, and healthcare providers.
Organization & Judgment: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and provide additional support when needed.

Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, coach, and support team members while creating a positive and compassionate environment.
Oversee Resident Care: Help ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care that supports their individual needs and abilities.
Support Memory Care: Use the Best Friends™ Approach to Alzheimer’s care to create meaningful connections and positive experiences for residents.
Partner with Families: Build strong relationships with residents, families, providers, and team members.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
Support Operations: Help manage departmental needs, budgets, outreach, and the overall success of the memory care neighborhood.
