About The Position

The Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of activities to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Memory Care residents.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of activity programming experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience, in senior living preferred.
  • A love for seniors!
  • Highly organized and great time management skills
  • Energetic, engaging, and caring personality
  • Ability to connect with people

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with LifeLoop, including creating calendars and flyers.

Responsibilities

  • Determines and plans daily and weekly life‑enriching activities that meet residents’ social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs, while maintaining open communication with families.
  • Is responsible for planning and managing activities and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
