About The Position
Legacy House of Park Lane, a senior care facility in Farmington, UT, is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join their team as full-time Memory Care CNAs. This role involves providing specialized care for residents with memory impairments, including Alzheimer's and dementia. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, mobility assistance, documenting observations, and supporting recreational and cognitive activities. The position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of memory care residents and their families.
Requirements
- CNA certification is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Providing specialized care for individuals with memory impairments, such as Alzheimer's and dementia.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting residents with medication management.
- Providing mobility assistance to residents.
- Documenting resident observations.
- Providing support during recreational and cognitive activities.
