Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Experience in memory care or geriatrics preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Medication Technician (QMAP).
- Experience as a Home Care Aide.
- Experience working with nurses.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in a memory care setting.
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor resident well-being and report changes to nursing staff.
- Engage residents in activities and social interactions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
