About The Position
RPH is looking for caring professionals to assist elders with all aspects of daily life in unique assisted living communities. These residences are among the first of their kind in New York State, guided by the Eden Alternative approach to care. They are designed to provide the latest in long-term care for persons with early to mid-stage dementia. Each charming farmhouse-style home offers a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive in mind, body, and spirit, nurtured by the comforts and routines of home and family. The Rochester Presbyterian Home has been serving Elders for over 90 years and was selected as a Rochester Top Workplace.
Requirements
- 1 year of elder care or direct care experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to work rotating weekends and Holidays.
- Ideal candidates SMILE OFTEN, have a positive attitude, are self-directed, team spirited and share a deep respect and affection for Elders.
