The Membership Specialist is a key member of the Leadership Development team. The Membership Specialist will schedule member calls; develop utilization tracking and outcomes processes and metrics, and update member-specific and organization-specific reporting; collaborate with the Account Management team; and assist with other day-to-day team operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer-focused role
  • Experience working with stakeholders, preferably C-Suite executives
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Self-directed and resourceful
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to manage upward and hold peers and leaders accountable
  • Aptitude for building and monitoring operations and processes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update member- and organization-level outcomes and utilization reporting for the fellowship programs; make recommendations to MD about recruitment opportunities
  • Proactively schedule and prepare the MD for upcoming calls with member organizations
  • Liaise with the Account Management team and Leadership Development sellers to coordinate outreach, communications cascades, and recruitment efforts
  • With the Managing Director, work with the Account Management team to execute the renewal strategy, and manage reporting to support growth goals
  • Assist with member recruitment for THMA events, ensuring a high-touch experience through proactive outreach, coordination, and support
  • Orchestrate end-to-end preparation and fulfillment of member resources, including production of action project materials and coordination of graduation collateral, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and a polished, high-impact member experience
  • Refresh and continuously update member-facing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving program priorities and member needs
  • Draft, review, and manage EIR and speaker contracts for high-touchpoint engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
