About The Position

Massage Envy Beachwood is looking for a motivated Membership Sales Representative to help guests discover the value of regular massage, skincare, assisted stretch, and total body wellness. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys consultative sales, building relationships, and being rewarded for results. You’ll work with guests in person and over the phone, recommend services and memberships, sell retail products, and help grow our member base.

Requirements

• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Enjoy working toward sales goals
• Can handle objections professionally and confidently
• Build trust quickly with guests and members
• Are organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong phone, computer, cash handling, and customer service skills
• Believe in the value of massage, skincare, and wellness
• Evening and weekend availability required
• In-person role at Massage Envy Beachwood, located at Beachwood Lifestyle Center

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of commissioned sales experience preferred
• Experience in membership sales, retail sales, fitness, spa, med spa, hospitality, wireless, cosmetics, or similar customer-facing sales roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
• Recommend memberships, services, enhancements, and retail products based on each guest’s needs
• Convert first-time guests into members through confident, professional sales conversations
• Follow up with guests and members to encourage rebooking, retention, and continued wellness
• Support front desk operations, appointment booking, checkout, and member account needs
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by clinic management
