About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their car wash selections and promoting our valuable monthly unlimited service plans. This is a great opportunity to develop your sales skills in a dynamic environment with options for local work or travel, and potential for relocation within the company.
Requirements
- Clean and friendly appearance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Acclimate to all outdoor temperatures.
- Willingness to give a sales pitch to several customers per day.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer upon entry.
- Assist customers in the selection and payment of their car wash.
- Offer monthly unlimited services to each customer at the promotional rate.
- Activate and input information of new unlimited customer accounts.
- Manage existing unlimited customer accounts.
