About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa has over 500 spas nationwide and is a leader and pioneer in the industry. We are an award-winning spa offering massages, facials, and waxing services, dedicated to providing guests with an experience of relaxation, comfort, and well-being. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with forms, managing appointments via phone, checking guests out, processing retail sales, and promoting the spa's membership program. The work environment is tranquil, relaxing, comfortable, and safe, with extensive operating hours (early mornings, late evenings, 7 days a week) to accommodate flexible schedules and prioritize work-life balance.
Requirements

- Currently enrolled in college, or an esthetics or massage program (flexible scheduling available)
- Potential opportunity to become a licensed technician
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests upon check-in
- Assisting guests with filling out service preference forms
- Booking appointments
- Making confirmation calls
- Contacting guests on the waitlist for available appointments
- Checking guests out
- Ringing up retail products
- Booking future appointments
- Educating, selling, and promoting the membership program to guests
