About The Position
Perspire Sauna Studio is opening a new location and is seeking driven, people-first Membership Sales Associates. This role involves selling wellness services such as infrared sauna therapy, red light therapy, and halotherapy, with an uncapped commission structure. The company aims to build a wellness community and is looking for individuals passionate about health and helping others.
Requirements
- Natural ability to build rapport and connect with people.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people feel their best.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and energized by hitting targets.
- Comfortable using a CRM/POS system.
- Full-time availability, including some evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Fitness, wellness, spa, or hospitality background is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective members with warm, confident energy.
- Lead studio tours and consultations highlighting the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and recovery services.
- Present membership options and close sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the CRM.
- Represent the Perspire brand at community outreach events.
- Create a welcoming, high-energy studio experience for guests.
