Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance while reducing stiffness and enhancing reaction time. The Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM) works with the stretch reflex to increase performance and mobility. The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness. Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set
Must love sales!

Nice To Haves

A personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF
A license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone
Deliver exceptional customer service – greet clients with a smile, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns
Ensure strong member retention through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and a seamless client experience
Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and continuously refining sales techniques
