The Membership Sales Associate (MSA) is a full-time sales role at Glide Xpress Car Wash in Memphis, TN. The role is customer-facing and involves turning customer interactions into long-term relationships and recurring revenue. Present and sell Glide Xpress membership plans
Explain pricing, value, and benefits in a clear, honest way
Create a positive, memorable customer experience
Track your sales and work toward daily and monthly goals
Stay active and engaged throughout your shift (outdoors and on your feet)
Support your team in hitting site-wide performance targets
