About The Position
We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio. If you are passionate about health and wellness and are naturally confident and outgoing, this role is for you.
Requirements
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
- Evening and weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
