The Membership Sales Ambassador is responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs. This role also handles merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries, providing excellent and efficient member service. Team members are expected to uphold club policies, procedures, and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, prioritize member satisfaction, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also tasked with delivering service excellence, resolving member concerns, and maintaining GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards daily. Understanding departmental performance reporting and its impact on the business is also key.
