Equinox is seeking Membership Sales Advisors for its state-of-the-art location in Washington, DC. Membership Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals. Advisors must be knowledgeable about and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products. A key aspect of the role is building rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster a strong referral base and ensure member retention. The role operates under the leadership of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Sales Manager and a sales team.
