This role involves being an expert on all club amenities, features, and programs, and is responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to ensure they maximize their Equinox experience. Full-time Membership Sales Advisors are tasked with achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals via events. They work under the management of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Sales Manager and their sales team. Advisors must have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products, and possess the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships to cultivate a strong referral base and retain members.
