Requirements

Proven experience in customer service.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and basic office software.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data trends and enhance member engagement strategies.
Experience in nurturing, negotiating, renewing, and closing sales.
Must have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications.
1-2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or related deal-closing fields.
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Must be a US Resident and US Citizen.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Greet members and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment that encourages engagement
Assist prospective members with membership inquiries, providing detailed information about benefits and services
Enter member data accurately into our computer systems using data entry skills
Manage phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately
Maintain organized records of member interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve member concerns promptly
Partner with the Community Manager to ensure the successful placement of new members.
Execute the strategy and process implemented by the Executive Team.
Must coordinate community events.
Responsible for crafting and preparing proposals.
