Job Purpose The Membership Sales & Relations Director is responsible for driving membership growth, retention, and satisfaction across our private clubs. This role identifies and converts new membership opportunities, fosters strong relationships with existing members, and delivers a robust calendar of engagement experiences that deepen member loyalty. By collaborating closely with the General Manager, department heads, and the membership team, this leader ensures every member feels connected, valued, and excited to belong.
