From the first phone call to the moment they leave the retreat, you create an exceptional experience while confidently introducing guests to our Wellness Programs and helping them become lifelong members. This is a hospitality-driven sales role. Success comes from building genuine relationships, earning trust, and helping guests discover the value of consistent self-care. We're looking for someone who is warm, confident, and driven. Someone who naturally connects with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning exceptional service into lasting memberships. Requirements

A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
Sales-minded with a passion for helping guests find the right solutions.
Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable for results.
Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, professional, and dependable.
Previous hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver a five-star guest experience from check-in through check-out.
Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
Educate guests on the value of our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
Help retain members by creating experiences that exceed expectations.
Support daily retreat operations while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude.
Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
