About The Position
At Goldfish Swim School, we are dedicated to providing high-quality swim lessons and exceptional customer service. We are seeking part-time Front Desk Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing families to our program, guiding them through their initial experiences, and supporting swimmers as they advance through our curriculum. You will also manage new and existing swim lesson memberships through phone and in-person interactions.

- Able to build rapport with parents and family members.
- Utilize all available resources to meet parent and family needs.
- Use observation, conversation, and relationship-development skills to identify parent concerns and offer solutions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Introduce families to the Goldfish Swim School program.
- Guide families through their first days at Goldfish.
- Support swimmers as they progress through different levels.
- Manage new and existing swim lesson memberships via phone and in-person.
- Provide guidance on swim lesson memberships.
- Contribute to swim lesson success.
- Ensure families feel welcomed, informed, and excited to enroll.
- Contact new inquiries promptly and convert them into memberships.
- Consistently contribute to strong membership retention and growth.
