We believe in doing what is right for our members, supporting one another as a team, and making a positive impact that extends far beyond our branches. Our vision is to be our members’ first choice by providing experiences that inspire trust, confidence, and long-term relationships. When you join Securityplus, you become part of a purpose-driven team that believes in service, growth, and the power of community. About this Role: The Membership Development Officer is responsible for driving sustainable membership growth by strategically developing, acquiring, and managing Select Employer Group (SEG) partnerships. This role expands the credit union’s reach by establishing and scaling employer-based channels that build consistent pipelines for new-member acquisition and engagement. The position leads the development and execution of SEG strategies, including partner identification, onboarding frameworks, and ongoing relationship management, ensuring each partnership delivers measurable growth outcomes. Working cross-functionally, the role aligns SEG opportunities with internal capabilities to support seamless onboarding and long-term relationship value. Serving as a trusted ambassador of the Securityplus brand, the Membership Development Officer helps position the credit union as a relationship-driven financial partner committed to financial wellness and community impact. In this capacity, the role actively collaborates with internal teams and external partners to support engagement efforts and advance strategic partnerships that contribute to both membership growth and broader organizational impact. This role operates in a developing program and will help build, refine, and scale processes as the SEG program grows.
