The Membership Coordinator is the first face families see and the heart of the Club's front-door experience. Reporting to the Unit Director, the Coordinator leads membership recruitment and retention, oversees front desk operations, manages volunteer onboarding, and ensures every parent, donor, and visitor feels welcomed the moment they walk through the door. Working closely with the Development, Marketing, and Communications teams, the Coordinator helps fuel community connection, drive enrollment, and bring more kids into the Club.
