We're looking for a Membership Coordinator to join our Residential Service Group at our headquarters in Lititz, PA. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our residential membership program, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from enrollment through billing and account management. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, billing, account management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and maintaining residential membership accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Processing customer invoices and ensuring timely, accurate billing
  • Assisting with collections activities and resolving billing inquiries
  • Providing customers with copies of invoices and account documentation as needed
  • Handling customer questions and concerns via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Resolving billing discrepancies and account issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
  • Answering incoming calls in the Membership phone queue
  • Collaborating effectively with coworkers across departments
  • Delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers
  • Supporting additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed
