About The Position

As a Membership Concierge II, you will support account maintenance, service delivery, programming awareness, and member and guest engagement. You will build hospitality skills and professional connections through self-directed progression through hospitality certification levels and create a customized succession plan to pursue your professional goals. This is an hourly position paying $17.25 to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
Skilled at multitasking and delivering high-quality customer service and service recovery.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to stand for four hours at a time.
Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Passion for serving others.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
Build relationships with members and guests by demonstrating a hospitality mindset and creating extraordinary experiences.
Receive inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to support member and guest engagement and acquisition.
Maintain current knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and educate members and guests.
Assist with account maintenance, member requests, changes, and transactions, including payments for programs, services, and products.
Support new membership sales and member retention as a key point of contact.
Resolve member questions and concerns through problem solving and service recovery, using appropriate tools and resources.
