The Entreprenista League is our paid membership community where we help women connect, learn, and grow. We're seeking a dedicated Community Manager to join our dynamic, women-led team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent judgment, and a passion for fostering positive community engagement. You'll serve as the frontline guardian of our community culture, ensuring our members have a safe, supportive, and vibrant space to connect and grow. Reporting to the Director of Membership & Community, you will work alongside a team of Community Coordinators who handle post scheduling and event logistics. In this role, you will own the community engagement strategy, developing it, presenting it for Director approval, and overseeing its execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, community-minded, and thrives in building and maintaining healthy online spaces.
