The Director of Community & Membership Growth will lead the community as a business-critical growth and retention engine for the business. The right candidate will successfully drive membership growth in partnership with leadership, building engagement systems that keep agents coming back, and serving as a visible, trusted presence across lives, events, and the platform itself. This is a highly visible role with meaningful ownership and direct impact on growth, retention, and member experience. The right person for this role has built and scaled communities, understands how engagement drives retention and revenue and is equally comfortable building systems behind the scenes and showing up credibly in front of members. This role will collaborate across Content, Marketing, Sales and Operations to translate community engagement into business outcomes. The right person for this role will be a highly collaborative operator with strong emotional intelligence that is able to align teams, communicate clearly, and drive outcomes through partnership.
