About The Position
Zone Health and Fitness, one of Ocala’s fastest-growing gyms, is seeking an energetic, sales-minded, and passionate Membership Sales Associate. This role involves connecting with potential members, retaining and growing the membership base, and representing the brand with positivity and professionalism. The associate will also assist with front desk tasks, marketing efforts, and community events.
Requirements
- 1+ years sales experience
- Customer service background preferred
- Goal-oriented, organized, and confident communicator
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)
- Cheerful, energetic, and team-player attitude
- Flexible schedule to work mid -closing shifts, weekends, and a minimum of 20 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential members through calls, emails, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Retain and grow the membership base while providing top-notch customer service.
- Represent the brand with energy, positivity, and professionalism.
- Assist with front desk tasks, marketing efforts, and community events.
