About The Position
The Membership Experience Coordinator is the primary connection between members and the 1922 Club, delivering an exceptional private club experience through outstanding service, communication, and organization. This role manages member records, reservations, communications, and member preferences while supporting club operations and game-day activities.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate member profiles, including preferences, dietary restrictions, celebrations, seating requests, and service history.
- Manage reservations, table assignments, waitlists, confirmations, and special requests.
- Coordinate member communications, including confirmations, event reminders, newsletters, and personalized outreach.
- Serve as a primary contact for member inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Maintain membership databases and document member interactions to enhance future service experiences.
- Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams on VIP arrivals, celebrations, dietary accommodations, and special requests.
- Welcome and engage members, helping build strong relationships and exceptional experiences.
- Support game-day and high-volume operations, including check-in, seating, concierge services, and guest flow.
- Assist with private dining reservations, member events, onboarding new members, reporting, correspondence, and database maintenance.
- Ensure timely communication between departments regarding reservations, member requests, and operational updates.
- Identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
