About The Position
Orangetheory Fitness Gainesville is looking for energetic Sales Associates/Membership Advisors to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, motivated, and passionate about health and fitness. As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Membership Advisor is crucial in creating a positive studio experience and assisting individuals in starting their fitness journey.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with current and prospective members
- Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout and membership options
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Assist with membership sales and retail purchases
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after classes
- Help create a positive, high-energy studio environment
- Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach efforts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins
