This role assists Outbound, Inbound, and Call Center employees with loan requests, providing clerical and administrative support needed to process, close, or modify member loans. The position also represents the credit union in a professional manner when greeting members and the public on the phone and in person at the reception desk, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person. Additionally, the role involves accepting mail, packages, and deliveries at the reception desk and ensuring they are picked up or distributed to the appropriate person or department.
