Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of related sales experience.
  • Foundational understanding of lending practices, credit reports, and loan policies.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills for effectively cross-selling products and demonstrating benefits.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be eligible and able to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

Responsibilities

  • Enhancing member satisfaction by actively listening to their financial needs and recommending tailored products and services.
  • Managing accounts and resolving complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of credit union offerings to promote valuable options while achieving or exceeding sales and loan goals.
  • Opening and maintaining various accounts.
  • Executing precise loan processes and upholding compliance standards.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all transactions, from account maintenance to coin machine balancing.
  • Proactively identifying potential fraud and managing member inquiries effectively.
