Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of related sales experience.
Foundational understanding of lending practices, credit reports, and loan policies.
Strong verbal and communication skills for effectively cross-selling products and demonstrating benefits.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be eligible and able to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

Managing accounts and resolving complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of credit union offerings to promote valuable options while achieving or exceeding sales and loan goals.
Opening and maintaining various accounts.
Executing precise loan processes and upholding compliance standards.
Ensuring accuracy in all transactions, from account maintenance to coin machine balancing.
Proactively identifying potential fraud and managing member inquiries effectively.
