Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of related sales experience.
Foundational understanding of lending practices, credit reports, and loan policies.
Strong verbal and communication skills for cross-selling products and demonstrating benefits.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Eligibility and ability to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
Commitment to providing outstanding service.
Proactive approach to identifying members' financial needs.
