Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of sales experience
Familiarity with lending practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to confidently cross-sell products and services
Positive, service-oriented attitude
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including members and senior management
Proficiency in financial software
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Intermediate mathematical skills
Ability to think creatively
Ability to multitask effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality
