Christian Financial offers high-quality, high-value products and services to promote convenience, trust and personal service for members. The credit union offers comprehensive financial services beyond typical retail consumer services through ownership of a mortgage company and a commercial loan company. In September 2019, the credit union built its new headquarters in Sterling Heights, Michigan to accommodate its rapid growth in serving residents of metro Detroit. As a Member Solutions Representative at Christian Financial Credit Union, you play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional member experience we are known for. Serving our virtual branch members, you will provide attentive and personalized service, addressing their financial needs with care and expertise. From processing transactions to answering inquiries and promoting our range of Credit Union products and services, you will be the trusted guide our members rely on. By proactively educating members on how our offerings can enhance their financial well-being, you will foster positive and lasting relationships, contributing to our culture of humility, intelligence, and abundant thinking. Requirements
