Start Dates: We are currently hiring throughout the remainder of 2025 and have multiple training classes planned for the following start dates: 05/04/2026 06/01/2026 08/10/2026 10/05/2026 10/19/2026 11/02/2026 11/30/2026 Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EST (training schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST for the first 4 - 6 weeks) Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus a variable pay (performance bonuses) Do you want to shape the future of fintech and healthtech? Requirements

  • Must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25 Mbps or higher) with the ability to directly connect to a router (wired) if negative call quality is observed when using a wireless connection. Satellite, dial-up or personal hot spots are not permitted.
  • Ability to handle complex customer interactions, exceptional communication skills, proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving and a commitment to quality.
  • 1-2 years of customer service call center experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Within a 4-hour drive of our Maitland, FL office.
