About The Position

As a Member Solution Specialist, your work directly supports the financial well-being of our client’s members by managing past-due accounts with professionalism, care, and integrity. In this collections-focused role, you will play a critical part in identifying solutions that help members resolve delinquencies and regain financial stability—while protecting the overall health of the organization. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, member-focused environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; 6+ months of collections or related experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and professional interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic math, problem-solving, and use of standard business software
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to ongoing learning and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service while supporting team goals and upholding confidentiality.
• Monitor and manage delinquent, overdrawn, and charged-off loan accounts in accordance with policy.
• Contact members to resolve delinquencies, develop repayment plans, and handle deceased member loan accounts.
• Conduct credit checks, skip tracing, and loan-related research; recommend appropriate account actions.
• Maintain accurate records, manage electronic documentation, and support compliance with all regulations.
