As a Member Services Specialist in our Contact Center, you’ll be a key voice of TCCU, helping members with their everyday financial needs. Your responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls and responding to voicemails with professionalism and efficiency. Assisting members with account inquiries, online banking support, and card services. Processing payments, ordering debit/credit cards, and supporting ATM/VISA issues. Opening and closing accounts and accepting loan applications. Researching and resolving account discrepancies. Providing friendly, accurate service while maintaining confidentiality. Educating members on credit union products, services, and promotions. Following credit union procedures and financial regulations.
