We are seeking talented individuals to join our Member Services team at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan). This role involves providing world-class customer service, helping people by providing education and information so that the concepts are easily understood, and working in a fast-paced, professional, and friendly team-based environment. The opportunity is to make a difference and help take care of those who care for us, by providing a financially secure retirement for Ontario healthcare workers.

Requirements

• Completed a college or University degree, or combination of work experience.
• Superior communication skills (both verbal and written) and experience working on a team.
• The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A “can do” positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual speaking skills (EN/FR) is an asset.
