This position provides administrative and technical support to the Director of Member Services and Outreach for the purpose of maximizing member satisfaction and member retention. The role involves maintaining confidentiality, adhering to policies, tracking data for reports, and performing various administrative duties to support Member Services. Key responsibilities include assisting with member eligibility and enrollment, managing the Value Added Service (VAS) Program and other incentives, handling member inquiries, ordering materials, assigning unique identifiers, maintaining department files, ensuring member materials are culturally appropriate and at a 6.0 reading level, assisting with website content, managing material inventory, conducting marketing training, composing correspondence, and assisting with member notification letters and mailings.
