YWI is hiring remote Medicare Sales Agents throughout the USA. We believe every candidate brings something unique to the table, including you! This is a fully remote role. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or College Degree
  • An active Resident Health Insurance License and any additional certifications/licenses as required by CMS
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, call center software, and Medicare Enrollment tools to manage customer interactions and resolve customer issues.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office applications for organizing and tracking information.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Medicare regulations, policies, and procedures in the US healthcare system.
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training to stay updated with changes in Medicare regulations and policies as set by CMS and other relevant governing bodies.

Nice To Haves

  • A valid and active license to sell Medicare plans as well as prior experience working in the healthcare industry are desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, assisting clients to navigate the complex healthcare system and connect them to the care they need.
  • Execute follow-up calls to recently sold customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Keep up to date with changes in Medicare regulations and policies and ensure clients are informed about any changes that may affect their coverage.
  • Collaborate with our carrier partners to ensure clients are connected to all plan benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer transitions and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and adhere to ethical and legal standards set by relevant governing bodies in the US healthcare system.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team to improve services.
