About The Position

Bridge Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for providing excellent service to members through various channels, including in-person, phone, electronic, and mail. The ideal candidate will be looking to expand their knowledge, develop their career, and grow within a rapidly growing company.

Requirements

Serving members promptly and professionally.
Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Balancing daily transactions and verifying cash totals.
Opening and closing accounts.
Renewing certificates.
Assisting members with account inquiries and problems.
Answering member questions regarding Credit Union services.
Performing account maintenance duties.
Cross-selling Credit Union services.
Acting as a daily vault teller.

Responsibilities

Provide a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in person, via phone, electronically, and through the mail.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals.
Perform a broad variety of member services functions such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates, and assisting members with account inquiries and problems.
Answer members' questions regarding Credit Union services provided.
Perform a variety of account maintenance duties.
Actively cross-sell Credit Union services.
Perform specific assigned duties and assist other Member Services Representatives/Specialist with duties as required.
Serve members promptly and professionally.
Act as a daily vault teller, when needed.
