About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Member Services Representative Substitute to deliver exceptional experiences to our members and guests. In this role, you will engage with customers, promote club services, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base. Exos is an elite coaching company dedicated to getting people ready for the moments that matter by promoting a holistic approach to health, applying evidence-based methodology to programming for corporate employees, elite athletes, military operators, and beyond. Exos offers employer solutions including fitness center management, on-site coaching and classes, the Exos app, immersive team-building experiences, executive coaching, and personal development programming. They also provide professional athlete training programs and practitioner education courses.

Requirements

At least one year in a customer service role
Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable
Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner
Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others
Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction
Conduct personalized site tours for potential members, showcasing club features and benefits
Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and engagement activities
Promote club services to new and prospective members to grow profit centers
Support membership retention efforts by fostering strong member engagement and relationships
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations
