About The Position

TEKsystems is looking to hire several MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES for a Credit Union in Plymouth, MI! This is a Permanent position based out of Ann Arbor, MI 48103. The role is responsible for assisting members with a variety of Credit Union products and services as well as providing administrative and clerical support to the Loan Processing Department.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience
• Must have high school diploma
• Must be able to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communications
• Must have a welcoming personality as you will be greeting customers as they walk in

Responsibilities

• Open and close and maintain credit union accounts, opening and maintaining Individual Retirement Accounts as well.
• Assist members with a variety of Credit Union services and products, as well as legal accounts.
• Answer member inquiries via phone, email, and other online services, processing wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, check orders, etc.
• Provide administrative and clerical support in a professional and efficient manner, communicating effectively with related parties via telephone in absence of the Loan Officer.
• Establish and maintain a filing system pertinent to supporting the department, preparing and sending out loan packages as requested.
• Generate interest rate sheets in computer system and updates as needed, retrieving appropriate paperwork and information within the agency as directed.
