About The Position
Corda Credit Union is hiring Member Services Representatives for their Cedar Rapids locations. This role is an opportunity for an individual with customer service and sales experience. As a Member Services Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, member-focused financial solutions. Through in-person interactions, phone conversations, email correspondence, and digital channels, you will create a seamless and positive experience for our members. In this role, you will provide information about products and services, process transactions, and identify financial solutions tailored to each member's unique needs. As one of the first faces our members see when they enter our branches, you will help build lasting relationships by providing outstanding service, trusted guidance, and a welcoming presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about personal and professional growth, delivering outstanding member service, and maintaining operational excellence, wanting their work to make a meaningful impact both inside and outside the branch.
